I work on the systems around a capable model: tool discovery, permissions, and action verification. I also work out how errors are contained and who is notified. Hospitals, banks, and regulated companies need those controls before they let software act on its own.

I’m interested in teams with a working AI model and unresolved questions about how clinicians will use it and hospitals will deploy it. I help them earn clinician trust, fit hospital workflows, and decide what requires human review. That’s the setting where I’ve shipped most of my products.

When I’m the right hire

  • Before the product category has a name, when nobody can point at a competitor to explain what you are building.
  • When hospital IT, security, and clinical review have to be built into the product instead of worked around.
  • When an AI agent is about to act on its own and nobody has decided what it is allowed to do.
  • When a working prototype has to become a business, or the team finds it built the wrong thing.
